Is this service really free for families?

Yes, completely. CareMatch at Home is free for families. We are compensated by the home care agencies in our network when a successful match is made — similar to how a real estate agent is paid by the seller, not the buyer.

How is this different from just searching Google?

When you search online, you get a list of agencies with no way to verify quality. We've already done the vetting — background checks, license verification, insurance confirmation, and quality reviews. You get matched with providers who are specifically suited to your loved one's needs.

Will I be overwhelmed with calls from agencies?

Not at all. We personally select two great providers for your family and make a warm introduction. You receive one call from your dedicated care advisor, then a personal introduction to each of your two matched agencies — that's it.

What if the first match isn't right?

We'll find another match at no cost. Your satisfaction is our priority. If the first provider isn't the right fit for any reason, contact your care advisor and we'll start the search again.

Do you provide medical home care?

No — CareMatch at Home specializes exclusively in non-medical home care: companion care, personal care, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, and medication reminders. For skilled nursing or medical care, we can refer you to appropriate resources.
